I discovered Richard D. James work in the mid nineties when I bought I Care Because you do lp. I enjoyed this album but some song's are at my opinion too much of an experimentation in high frequency sounds! Regarding Come to Daddy, I was stunned the first time I saw the video for the title song. I then bought the ep especially for that song discovering that there were even better songs out there! I really dig on the Mummy Mix and also IZ-US. If someone wants to discover the talent of Aphex Twin, I would recommend this ep over every other albums as it highlight all the musical talent of RDJ and all the styles that he master. The sounds can be pretty harsh and aggressive on some tracks (Come to Daddy, Bucephalus Bouncing Ball) or totally sweet and gentle (Film, IZ-US). This ep is probably one of the most inspiring and innovative music excerpt of the nineties. The only reason that I don't rate it with a 10 is that it's only a 8 songs ep ...

Juno-60 review
For technical specifications, please consult: http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/juno60.php
This is my favourite synth. 6 voices of sweet, polished polyphony. The programming interface with dedicated sliders is very intuitive and functionnal and the arppegiator is trully fantastic for such a old synth. The oscillator's are digitally controled wish is awesome for the tonal stability. The filters (VCF) are very powerful and creamy sounding. There are only 2 built-in effects, but those are probably the best sounding ever produced by Roland: The famous analogue chorus. The only down point is the lack of midi (1982) but is it possible to fix this with the Roland MD-8 DCB to MIDI interface. This synth is super stable, reliable, flexible, versatile and the sound is almost perfect to my ear.

Download The Eyes of Stanley Pain review
As a huge fan of Skinny Puppy since the early 90's, I discovered Download back then as they incarnate their biggest side project. A way more electronic oriented and beat driven, Download is often considered as being the «dance counterpart» of SP. This album is their 3rd and according to myself, the most powerful and accomplished. Songs like Glassblower or Outafter are floor killer as other's like Suni C, Separate or Base Metal are more experimental. Genesis P-Orridge share is very recognizable voice on a couple of song's and this give even more weirdness to the global sound of the album. Everything is clear and very well produced. This album was the last to feature D.R Goettel, the former SP keyboardist wish is obviously missing since is death in the mid 90's. This LP is one of the best example of the electronic revolution that blast the music industry 15-20 years ago, pushing the limits further and offering new recording technologies.
A true classic...
